You must be at least 18 years old to register for a programme or make a payment on our website. If you are applying on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2) Use of the website
You agree to provide accurate and current information when applying or registering. You are responsible for keeping your account and login details confidential. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
3) Programme information
We aim to provide accurate information about our programmes, including the Bachelor of Education (Honours), Bachelor of Education (TESL), Master of Education, and MATESL, but details such as intake dates, fees, and module content may change and will be confirmed at the point of application.
4) Fees and payment
By submitting a payment, you are authorising KASP Learning to charge the stated amount, including the registration fee or tuition instalment shown at checkout, through PayHere. Payments are processed securely by PayHere, and KASP does not store your full card details. Fees are subject to change, and any change will not affect a payment already completed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this website.
5) Admissions
Submitting an application or paying a registration fee does not guarantee a place on a programme. KASP Learning reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met.
6) Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and course materials, is owned by KASP Learning or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
7) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KASP Learning and its staff will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your enrolment in a programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
8) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
