Registration fee
The registration fee may be refunded if you contact us before the intake for your programme has started. Once the intake has begun, the registration fee is no longer refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at info@kasp.edu.lk with your full name, the programme you registered for, and your payment reference from PayHere. Our team will get back to you and confirm whether your request qualifies.
Tuition and all other fees
Tuition fees and any other fees paid after registration, including instalment payments, resit fees, and material fees, are not refundable once paid.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout through PayHere. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed on our end, and note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it in your account.
Non refundable items
The following are never refundable: application fees, tuition fees once an intake has commenced, resit or resubmission fees, and any fee once the registration window has closed.
